My eye problems began at the age of 10. By the time I was 15 I was wearing contact lenses. As the years went by my eyesight progressively got worse, to the point where I could not function without my lenses in all the time.

My prescription was a -8.25 which means the big E on the test was a blur. I wasn’t a candidate for LASIK or PRK.
