Monday November 24th, 2008 was Hoopes Vision Night again at the Utah Jazz vs. the Chicago Bulls game at the Energy Solutions arena in Salt Lake City Utah. The game was great to watch and kept us on the edge of our seats until the end. It would have been even better had the Jazz won, but it was still a lot of fun. Keeping with tradition, we gave away a full LASIK procedure to one lucky Utah Jazz fan. We had two couples compete for the LASIK surgery. Each husband was blindfolded, and each wife tried to give directions to their husband as they attempted to make a basket. Neither one ended up making a shot, so it progressed to making a free-throw with no blindfold. Another highlight for us was an official presentation by the Utah Jazz welcoming Doctor Hoopes and Doctor Hoopes, Jr. to the team as the official LASIK providers of the Utah Jazz. The Jazz Bear presented a signed basketball and jersey and thanked doctor Hoopes for performing his surgery. The Bear had IntraLASIK surgery a few weeks ago and is now seeing 20/20. We’re honored to be able to be part of such a great team. Go Jazz!
